    • 1). Take medication to alleviate any pressure built up from congestion. Take an antihistamine if you have congestion from allergies. Take a decongestant if you are experiencing pressure throughout the head, particularly in the ears and sinus cavities. Combine the antihistamine and decongestant, if needed, to assist the body in reducing swelling in the ear due to congestion.

    • 2). Eat raw garlic to provide the body with natural antibiotics. Buy fresh garlic from a grocery store. Take one clove and crush it with a fork 15 minutes before you ingest it. Place it on a spoon and cover it in honey so it goes down easier. Eat the entirety of the crushed clove. Repeat this three times a day for seven days after the infection is gone.
