How to Get Flowy Hair
- 1). Wash and condition your hair in the shower and pat your hair dry in a towel. Don't rub or ruffle your hair with the towel because this causes frizz.
- 2). Comb your hair with a wide-toothed comb to remove any snarls or tangles. Pat your hair with the towel again to remove any moisture that surfaced during combing.
- 3). Wrap 4-inch sections of hair around a large, round brush and point the hair dryer nozzle directly above the root. Set the dryer on hot air and pull the brush upward as you blow dry so that each strand straightens and dries. Drying the hair while simultaneously pulling the brush upward gives your tresses the volume and height necessary for maximum flow.
- 4). Repeat Step 3, but this time give your roots a single shot of root lifting spray before pulling the brush up and out of your hair. Root lifting spray works best on nearly-dry hair and ensures that the volume and flow of your locks won't fade 45 minutes after styling. Set the hair dryer on cool air during this round to help set your gently flowing locks.
