Resident Evil Archives is a Wii rerelease of the GameCube remake of the historic first title in the Resident Evil series. Although the graphics and game mechanics will remain the same, the added dimension of the Wii motion controls, plus some bonus rooms and enemies, hopes to give the remake the same success as the popular Resident Evil 4 Wii rerelease.
