How to Make an Origami Macaw Parrot
- 1). Fold your square of origami paper in half along the diagonal. Press to make the crease. Then, unfold it and fold it in the other direction along the same crease. Push on the crease.
- 2). Pull the top flap about two-thirds of the way back and fold it down. Then, bring the edges in toward the center and fold them.
- 3). Flip the object over and bring the top corner down. After you've creased it, bring the top corner down again. Then, fold the paper in half, through the lines on the top corner.
- 4). Pull the flaps back. You'll see a small end piece; if you pull it out, you'll see the macaw's head. There will be another end you can pull out to make the beak. Bring the side flaps toward the middle to give your macaw wings.
