Photo Boxes

• If you want to give your guy something that will catch his eye, you can make a box of your favorite photos. This can include your favorite photos of him, of you and of the two of you. You can put together a photo box out of anything you want. One idea is to take an old shoebox and cover it in construction paper. You can pick out colors that represent a favorite of his or an event that you attended together. After covering the box, you can decorate it with pictures. You may want to cut them out in different shapes and sizes. You can also add writing to remember specific moments and memories. A good thing about putting together a box is that you can fill it with other special items. You can include movie ticket stubs, the receipt from your first dinner together or the lyrics from your special song. Handmade Clothing

• Depending on your skills, a handmade scarf, sweater, shirt or other article of clothing might be the perfect gift for your guy. This is something your boyfriend can keep with him and think of you every time he sees it. It also gives you the chance to show how well you know him, from what size to what color to make it. Remember, you are making this for a male, and you don't want to include fringe or other things that he might think are "girly." Keep your man in mind while you make it.

• Putting together a collection of your favorite songs is a longtime classic in relationship gifts. You can burn a CD or make him a playlist for his MP3 player. This opens up lots of possibilities because you can include songs that make you laugh, songs that make you think of him and songs that are special for the two of you. This also gives you the opportunity to show how well you know him. You can include all of his favorite songs and throw in a few of your favorites. You may also want to record a message to your man to include in the collection. This way, he can replay how much you care about him whenever he wants.
