All large music stores in Spain will sell flamenco, although for expert guidance on what to buy, you should visit a specialist store. El Flamenco Vive in Madrid is one such store, whereas Seville has Compas Sur and Granada has Festival Discos (they don't have a website, but the proprietor gave me his email address to put on this site.
