Jack LaLanne Juicer Elite cleaning is especially designed to be fairly simple to accomplish if you follow the cleaning instructions carefully.

Before you begin taking apart any appliance, always make sure the machine is turned off and unplugged from the electrical outlet.
Now you can begin disassembling the machine.
Remove the pusher lid, pulp guard, pulp collector, and crescent tool.
Place them in the sink and soak them for a little while in warm soapy water.
Once you feel like each piece is clean enough you can then rinse them with warm water before placing on a strainer to dry.
The motor housing or main body of the appliance should also be cleaned or wiped of any stains made from the fruits or vegetables you have just been juicing.
White vinegar or lemon juice are great solutions to use for this process because they are also made from natural ingredients.
Use a soft cloth to wipe the exterior of any appliance.
The filter and blade can also be rinsed in warm water.
Use a soft brush to gently remove any remaining pulp from the blade or filter.
When rinsing the filter, allow the water to run from the outside so that it pushes the debris outward.
Dry these parts or allow them to air dry on a strainer.
Once the machine cleaning process is complete and the juicer has had time to completely dry you can go ahead and reassemble the unit.
Plug the machine back into the outlet and allow any excess water to spin out of the blades and filter.
Unplug it, wipe off any excess water on the outside of the appliance and never store it until it is completely dry.
By simply following the cleaning instructions thoroughly after each use you can easily add many more years of use out of your machine.
If you use your power juicer multiple times in one day you can always clean it at the end of the day and allow it to dry overnight so that it is ready to be used again the next day.
