Tidbits: When Stafford's daughter cooked up a simple "gooey oat treats" when she was 14, neither of them knew the impact it would make on their lives. "I started tweaking the recipe to make it vegan and low glycemic with organic ingredients, and that's where it all started," Stafford said. "It just fell into my lap."The final product became Bobo's Bars, an assortment of healthy bars in flavor such as chocolate, cranberry, strawberry and peanut butter.
