The Kalamazoo K750HT is quite possibly the best gas grill in the world. It is also the most expensive (other than the larger 4-burner version) at well over $15,000USD depending on configuration. This is not, however a status symbol grill. I would certainly not like to see this sitting, unused on the patio of some hedge fund manager. There are products that command respect because of their name, but lack the function or capabilities to fulfill their promises. This is not one of those. Fire Magic is the manufacturer of a wide range of some of the best outdoor cooking equipment available. The Diamond Series Echelon E1060S is the largest they make. The company Twin Eagles was put together by a veteran of the gas grill industry (actually more like a legend). Anyway, this grill is beautifully built with an incredible attention to detail. The engineering and precision make it truly one of the best gas grills on the market. This grill is one of the ultimate steak cooking grill. The incredible heat generated by the radiant glass infra-red technology means this grill can cook at temperatures that most grills can only dream of. However, this incredible heat limits this grill in its ability to cook more delicate foods. Fish and vegetables can present a challenge on this grill and because of the high heat you need to watch foods closely to prevent burning. They have done an amazing job of putting their products in the highest end kitchens, professional and home, to inspire confidence and make them the brand to ask for. Personally, I don't know too much about their indoor products, nor do I care. The question here is, do they make a good outdoor gas grill.
