First thing you have to do is make sure you're actually putting together a site that people are going to want.
It makes no sense to put your efforts into something like underwater vollyball if there is no market.
You want to deal with the big niches...
health, debt relief, dating and so on.
If there is a big demand, you can flip the site, provided you put the work into it.
What kind of work? Well, for starters, you need to get the site professionally designed.
Like it or not, how fancy your site looks is going to go a long way to getting it sold.
If it looks amateurish, forget about it.
It won't sell.
It certainly won't cell for the kind of money you're looking for.
Next, you want to load the site up with content.
This site has to be ready to go and relevant so that it gets indexed quickly.
And don't fill it up with junk content either.
You want each article to be custom made.
It MUST be unique and not found anywhere else.
But you can't stop there.
The site has to have something to sell.
So you need to create some kind of a product that will go well with the content.
It has to be something that is a natural progression from content to sale.
It wouldn't hurt to also include an autoresponder series so that the person can build a list as well.
This will add a lot of value to the site.
Toss in a free report while you're at it.
Finally, you need to put together a killer sales page for actually flipping the site.
It can't be any less in quality than if you were putting up a sales page to sell an ebook.
If anything, it has to be even better because you're going to be getting hundreds, if not thousands of dollars for this site...
