Hard and soft boiled eggs are very nutritious and easier to make. But for this recipe remember to bring the eggs from the fridge to room temperature before using it. Once your eggs are at the right temperature heat some water and, drop in the eggs into it gently. Boil for a minute exactly and remove from the heat. Close the pan and keep it aside for 7 minutes and here is the perfect boiled egg for you. If you don't like this taste try keeping it longer in the pan with hot water. Poaching eggs is an easier way; you can take boiling water into a pan, around one fourth of the pan. Place the pan on the stove-top and let it start bubbling lightly. Once this starts break the egg into the water and simmer for a minute and remove from the heat. Leave for around 10 minutes and then take it out using a slotted spoon. Serve this with toasted bread, baked beans, bacon, or sausage.
Omelettes' tastes really good with salads and fries. Beat two eggs in a bowl add chopped onions and season it with salt and pepper or green chillies, add a teaspoon of milk or water. Pour it into a greased pan and swirl it around , set the stove on low heat and let the base set, once this is done you may turn it over or stuff the centre with cheese, mushrooms, corn or any other filling of your choice and fold it to make a natural, healthy and nutritious meal.
