The President of Raffles Hotels& Resorts, John Johnston, has announced the appointment of Simon Hirst as the new General Manager of Raffles Praslin Seychelles.
One year after the luxury resort welcomed its first guests to their Seychelles holidays, Raffles Praslin Seychelles has brought Hirst in to oversee the operations of the hotel using his vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry.

Hirst has a wealth of experience within the luxury hotels sector and he began his career at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group where he held various managerial positions within the group"s properties in Hong Long and San Francisco over a period of eleven years.
He became the Resident Manager of the Four Seasons, Park Lane, London in 1988 and since then he has worked at The Regent Chiang Mai, One Aldwych, London, and the CampbellGray Hotels group.
