How to Heal Yourself After the Break Up - The 30 Day Road to Success Plan
How to Heal Yourself After the Break Up.
The 30 Day Plan! As previously discussed, breakups are highly traumatic stressful things that can have severe effect upon our lives.
Our confidence suffers.
Our emotions are worn ragged.
We can withdraw into ourselves and let any number of devils ride us, if we allow ourselves to do so.
In reality a break up should be seen as a sign that we need to improve and enrich our own personal life.
Not just with the possibility of winning back a lost love, but what we need to rebuild our lives so that we will benefit and enjoy them that much more.
Here are just a few suggestions of what may be of help in improving your life under the 30 day Heal Yourself Plan.
Day 1.
Stop making unnecessary calls to the ex.
If you can try to let things cool and become clear.
Think about what happened and what steps need to be taken.
At this time and for the next few days avoid calling or texting or dropping by.
Play it cool and logical.
Don't appear needy or dependent.
These are elements that do permanently drive people out of our lives.
Reflect on ways you can be a better person.
Write down a list of both good and bad features just about you.
What you need to do to improve yourself.
Be it give away drinks, drugs, control your temper, be more positive, lose weight, work out and exercise to make you healthier, develop a more positive outlook.
Buy a diary and write down what you intend to do.
Also keep it handy and write down your days events.
Day 2.
See a Doctor.
Get your health assessed by a professional.
If it has been some time find out about getting an annual check up.
Arrange for blood tests.
Discuss any physical or emotional problems you may be having.
Take time out to relax.
Buy yourself a good book to read at night before going to bed.
Also buy a healthy and practical cook book.
Based on simple wholesome fresh foods that require 15 minutes or less to prepare.
Buy a set of scales if you don't have any.
Day 3.
Go through your list of things to do to improve yourself.
If it is diet and exercise, put off buying an expensive wardrobe.
Start a daily routine as far as exercise or taking a walk.
Day 4.
Write a letter to your love.
By about now you should have cooled down a bit regarding your ex.
You may even acknowledge that you were in part to blame for the rift.
If you were indeed the guilty party and had done something bad.
It may be time to write a quick note.
Not send a text or email or make a whiny phone call.
Put this in the mail.
Maybe on a nice card or paper.
You can start it off with "Dear..
..
..
..
Just a quick note to let you know that I care deeply about you and I can understand how you are feeling now.
Truly I am sorry for what I did (assuming you the reader did do something bad) I can appreciate just how much I have hurt you and let you down.
If you can forgive me I will be so grateful and letting you know I understand how you feel.
Love xxx (your name).
Now when you are satisfied post it.
Start preparing or eating healthy meals.
Get the rubbish out of your pantry and the sugar fix candy and soft drinks out of the house.
Day 5.
Keep up your exercising and or walking.
Start talking with friends and visiting them.
Stay positive and stay focused.
Reduce the amount of television you watch.
If you are a couch potato cut it down to just an hour a day.
Choose 1 or 2 programs you enjoy but get your body moving.
Where possible walk don't drive.
Go visit a museum or an art gallery.
Take a stroll through a park or down the beach.
Day 6.
Keep up your exercising and or walking.

Always eat healthy.
Reduce the fats and sugars in your diet.
Give your ex a call, ask if they received your mail.
Keep it light and avoid any nastiness.
Don't get provoked or engage yourself in an argument.
If things go well ask if they would like to go out for a coffee, or a walk whatever.
Again keep it fairly light and nothing heavy.
Just something that may take less than an hour or so.
At the end of this first date be prepared to just walk away and don't get clingy or suffocate them.
Try to maintain a good night's sleep.
Read a little at night just to relax before bedtime.
Day 7.
Keep up your exercising and or walking.
Take a look in the mirror.
Eat healthy.
Contact your Doctor to see if the results have come back.
Reduce the fats and sugars in your diet.
Try to maintain a good night's sleep.

If things are working out with your ex and you may be back together good.
If not again just reduce the communication.
Some experts believe in a break of 30 days before contacting them.
Now the theory I guess, is that like the saying "Time heals all wounds!" If you are in the others face daily this may not happen.
It is time to give yourself space as well as the ex.
Develop and better yourself now.
This time.
Something you may have been putting off ten, 20 or 30 years or more.
Concentrate on what your needs are.
Learn to love yourself.
Self affirm daily that you are a good person.
Read what you wrote down in your diary.
Cross out the negatives about yourself.
Now is the time to start concentrating on your good points.
Ways to make you better and stronger, healthier and emotionally positively charged.
On the subject of food, keep away from the deep fried fatty foods.
Eat fresh vegetables and fruit.
Eat high protein fish, chicken with the skin removed, lean beef.
Lighten up on bread and butter.
Eat salads or steamed vegetables.
Cut down on the cakes, biscuits, fatty milk shakes and rubbish sodas.
Pretty soon if you are exercising, your body will start responding with the endorphins and you will feel better every time you exercise.
Practise smiling.
A smile uses fewer muscles than a frown.
That way it will take you longer to age than if you are constantly glum.
Learn some jokes.
Nothing breaks the ice better than a funny well delivered joke.
People like someone that can make them smile.
Avoid negative people.
Make friends with positive people.
See your whole attitude change just with this one tip.
Believe in yourself.
Be confident about who you are and just how worthwhile a human you are.
Every night write in your diary 5 good things just about you.
What you like most about you and what you would most like to fix about you.
Then do it.
Put your plans into practise.
Day 30.
The New You! OK keep up your now regular exercise routine.
Today is the day you look in the mirror and weigh your self.
Of course you have been weighing yourself and recording everything in your diary.
And because you have applied yourself you notice the excess pounds have come off.
Flab has been converted into muscle and you are now feeling a 100% happier and healthier.
If reality is different to that don't despair, just try again.
But assuming you have succeeded it is time to go out and have a bit of a spend on some new clothes to replace the loose fitting threads.
Get your hair styled and or coloured.
Or have a massage to relive those aching muscles.
If money is tight, grab some hair colour from the supermarket and a bit of lavender and almond oil and have a soak in your bath.
If you still want to give the ex a call.
Ask them out for a date.
If you are back or things ar positive now with the relationship then you have had a fantastic result for the both of you.
If by now things have not progressed or have come to an end then at least you are in better shape physically and mentally.
Not all relationships are salvagable, but in the meantime you know you have tried and have become a better individual.
Do not worry about what has been.
With your new disposition it won't be long before some one else happens.
Just take your time and enjoy.
