It is such a great concept! However, your business, company, product, or compensation plan are meaningless until you find a way to acquire customers and business builders.
People don't join your business, they join YOU! You have to constantly build yourself as a leader in this industry, by reading Personal Development Books, like Mike Dillards Magnetic Sponsoring, books like, Think and Grow Rich, Leadership books by John C.
Maxwell, and basically anything that adds value to YOU! See, when your prospect see's that you are a leader and can add value to their lives with the knowledge you have, they will more than likely want to join YOU and your Business.
I love qoutes, and here is one of my favorites, "We all fish, better teach your folk, give them money to eat the next week he's broke.
" See, we have to teach each other how to fish, teach each other how to generate leads, and drive traffic to our websites.
In my opinion, we have to "Each one Reach one, Each one Teach one, What we do not know, we must learn, and when we have learn, then we must Teach.
