Mastering No Contact - Or How To Get Your Ex Back Without Going Insane

No contact is step number two in getting your ex back. Trying to win back an ex without doing no contact is like going number two without wiping. It's just not done by the successful.

As always my advice is only intended for those who are eager to help themselves and take action. If you are lazy and looking for a quick fix then look elsewhere.

I won't spend the whole article telling you how important no contact is, it just is. But since you have to do it, how to you do no contact without pulling all your hair out.

Hopefully you did step one, the perfect day exercise, and you are now armed with a vision of what your near future holds for you. with this in mind, start taking action towards achieving that perfect day. Find the things you can start doing straight away and do them, then work up to the bigger things.

Alongside the above exercise what you need to do is surround yourself with positive people. People who bring out the best in you and make you feel great. Of course I don't mean by doing this you will totally be over the breakup and backflip down the street instead of walking because you are so happy, but by doing this you will over a short period of time, come to an emotional place of comfort and security. You know that there are people out there who actually think you are pretty darn great, and want to be around you.

However, if you don't have these kind of people around you, you live on an island by yourself, or are currently in chained to a tree, there are things you can do by yourself to make no contact easier.

These things include exercise, hobbies, games, movies, TV, basically anything you enjoy. If you have ignored this side of you for so long because of a long term relationship, then go out and find things you do enjoy to do. "But i don't ant to do these things I just want my ex back", whine, whine, whine. Look do you want to be depressed about no contact? Or do you want to get an active life so the impact is so small you don't notice it? This is what I mean about helping yourself. Ignore your emotional side right now, you know that you would love to be involved in certain things, don't let the inactivity of depression set in.

Of course I was a bit vague here, but the main message is there. Do yourself a huge favour and get involved in life. It makes no contact far easier then when you sit at home staring at your neighbours cat.
