  Princeton is located in Canada's western province of British Columbia, 176 miles from Vancouver. Situated at the fork of the Similkameen and Tulameen Rivers, the region surrounding Princeton has more than 50 lakes within a 30-mile radius and provides a scenic backdrop for activities such as trout fishing, water sports, cycling and skiing. The Princeton and District Museum is nearby on Main Street and offers art and historical exhibits in addition to various events throughout the year. Princeton Motel offers a varied selection of guest accommodations. Single rooms have a queen bed, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Double rooms are available with the same amenities, but offer two queen beds. Kitchenettes and family rooms are more suited to larger groups and families. Kitchenette rooms provide the same amenities as other rooms, but also come with a sofa, full range and dishes. • Ponderosa Motel is situated amidst a variety of restaurants such as Billy's Family Restaurant, known for baked goods and a popular breakfast, and Shirley's Place, which makes a "hot dog supreme."
