You're probably willing to do or say anything in the world to keep her from walking out.
What's the one thing you can say that is sure to stop her dead in her tracks and get her talking? "You're right!" Agree with her that the breakup is a good idea and see how quickly she starts talking to you instead of talking at you.
It's amazing the difference those two words can make to the dialog that was well on it's way to becoming a monolog.
It may break your heart ten thousand ways to Sunday to say it but it will do more for your future chances than anything else you could say at this point in time.
Don't beg, don't plead, stand tall, and don't fall apart.

Give her space.
