As a bartender for fourteen years, I have become a social anthropologist of sorts.
I've met men from all over the world whose differences are obvious when they are sober: they are different nationalities, they wear different clothing, and they enjoy different beers, wines and cocktails.
However, as soon as that third drink hits them, they all tell the same four stories about why men dump women.
The first why men dump women story is that the woman has grown impossible to communicate with.
Instead of letting go of past instances and moving forward, she dwells on nit-picky issues that happened six months ago, over and over and over again.
This leads to the inevitable breakup equation for these men: As many times as the man has to hear about his past mistakes equates to how fast he is willing to leave the relationship--and look for another one.
The second story may just catch you off guard ladies, as it did me.
Men don't actually mind our normal aging process.
In fact, some of them kind of like the few, random grey hairs at our temples, the extra five pounds that make us more curvy and (GASP) the cute little laugh lines around our lips and eyes.
But, men hate it when women dwell on them and ultimately, umm, let it effect their bedroom performances.
Nuff said? The third reason men let go of women is simple--they are bored.
Suffice to say, men do not want a woman that is so wrapped up in her relationship that she forgets to have her own life.
EVERY man wants a woman who has her own interests, opinions and passions in life.

The last reason men get rid of their women is honestly the most avoidable.
Men don't like the gossips or the liars.
You do these things too often and you'll not only end up alone very quickly, but it will take you longer to get your man back more than anything else (besides cheating, of course) that you could have done to end the relationship.
