Stand the soup can on the origami paper and draw around it with the pencil.

Cut out the circle of paper with the pinking shears.

Cut a slit from the edge of the circle to the center. Slide the slit edges together 1-inch and attach them with double-stick tape to create the umbrella top.

Trim the wooden skewer to a 4-inch length with the pruning shears.

Attach the skewer to the inside center of the paper umbrella with white glue.
