Keeping Your Blog Content Fresh
If you want to get people to follow you with keen interest, it is really important that you are able to produce great content for your followers.
Whether you are writing on your blog, producing a video, or an article - you need to position yourself ahead of the game.
But how do you ensure you have great content every-time? Stuff you could write about: 1.
) Be Helpful and Informative Remember if you want to attract like minded and loyal visitors, you need to be providing quality posts.
To help you start thinking about the kinds of helpful and informative posts you could create, have a think about questions you had when starting out in your niche or business.
Could you write something that explains how to do something? Could you create a video? Have you found a particular system that helped you? If you are providing quality advice, people will return to your blog again and again.
Whenever I learn something new, I try to think of a way that I can share that new found knowledge as great content.
Just think if you got stuck with something along the way, the chances are that there are countless numbers of other people, who are having the same trouble.
If you help people, they will no doubt be happy to return the favour for you one day soon.

) People Love Lists I don't know why this is, but there is something about top 10, 20, 100 lists, that people just like to know about.
Whether it's the Rich List, the top music downloads list,Top MLM companies.
People just love lists.
And this is my theory why people love lists.
And if I have got this right, it might just be a great idea to recreate on your blog.
Here's me theory! Lists bring order to chaos, they simplify the difficult and more importantly they save people time! List are great because they help us remember things and they allow people to take action.
Lists relieve stress and focus the mind.
Sociologist Scott Schaffer told The Oregonian newspaper, "Lists really get to the heart of what it is we need to do to get through another day on this planet.
" Don't you just love lists.

) Create a Series We all know people haven't got much time, so bombarding people with too much information isn't always a great thing.
If you are trying to explain a particular concept or system for example, it may be simpler to write things down in bitesize chunks.
So you could explain to your followers that you are about to do a 3 part post on a particular topic.
Not only will this make you look extremely professional and organised, it will draw people to your blog day after day.

) Interview Someone The funny thing about human beings, is that we are all naturally nosy.
We like knowing what other people like and dislike.
We want to know what made someone a success! We like to know about a persons 'defining moment'.
We even want to know what people ate for breakfast.
If you don't believe me then you probably wont have ever read an autobiography or watched reality TV.
There is really no getting away from it.
People like interviews, because again, they are bitsize and digestible.
So interviewing people is a really great way to get people to stick around on your blog; whether its to find out more about you, or the people that you work and partner with.
And interviewing people is much easier than you might think.
Many people can be approached through email and sent a few questions to answer with most people being happy to return your questions.
You could even do a video interview and post it on you tube.
Or communicate through Skype.

) Review Something Most people are waiting for someone to say whether something is worth its price.
How many time have you considered buying a product, but have done your due diligence by researching it inside out on Google, through forums or other review sites like Ciao first.
We do this because we want to ensure that we are going to get value for our hard earned cash? People like to read reviews because it helps them make an informed choice.
If you are using a system right now, then think about doing a quick 5 minute video of it and posting it on your blog.
You can review absolutely anything and people will really appreciate that you took the time to do it for them! 6) Mix things up a bit! These are just a few idea of what content on your blog could consist of, but one of the most important pieces of advice that I could give to you, would be to keep things super fresh by using a mix of words, audio, video and pictures.
Evidence suggests 1/3 of people learn and remember things through the written word, 1/3 through visuals and 1/3 through hearing something.
So it kind of goes without saying that you should be catering for everyone.
