Richard Bottner is the President and CEO of Intern Bridge, a college relations consulting organization responsible for some of the largest employer-driven research around best practices in internship management. Richard started the business while attending Babson College and upon graduation in May of 2007 decided to operate the company as his full-time job. He is the founder of the Massachusetts Internship Council, the nationwide Total Internship Management workshop series, and the blog MillennialsGoToWork.com.

He is also the author of Total Internship Management: An Employer’s Guide To Creating The Ultimate Internship Program.
