Twitter has become something of a phenomenon in recent months.

our network partners at NTT America recognize the role Twitter is currently playing as an important communication tool in Iran.

So, what does this mean to the eagle-eyed marketing observer? And this is just the tip of the iceberg: imagine the potential this can bring to a targeted, mass audience.
It is expected that many more brands will seek to promote their brands via special offers and promotions on Twitter.
However, it is also expected that the volume of spam will also increase when the potential marketing power of Twitter is realised.
Any Twitter will a large Following of thousands could be sitting on a large nectar pot of potential, and use this to exploit a vastly un-tapped market.
Anyone wanting to prosper in the Twitter phenomenon should act now, now before the bigger boys in the top playground notice and jump onto the rolling bandwagon.
I predict large bands will be willing though to pay big bucks for large, niche market Twitter audiences.
