  • Total Time: 50 minutes

Preparation

Use a 1-quart, wide-mouth canning jar for this recipe.

Begin by layering the white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and light brown sugar (crumble with your fingers after measuring to make the layer even), in that order. Gently press down the brown sugar to seal the layer. Add baking mix and dark brown sugar in layers. Once again, gently pack down the brown sugar layer. Add the last layer of baking mix.

If the jar is not full, fill it with another layer of white chocolate chips or macadamia nuts. If it is too full, gently tap on the counter to let contents settle. Seal tightly with the lid.

Decorate the lid with a square of fabric and a ribbon if desired. Be sure to attach the baking instructions on a gift card.
