The Craft Robo machine allows you to cut out even the tiniest of shapes with perfect precision, making it ideal for paper projects that involve multiple detailed layers, such as greeting cards. The Craft Robo lets you choose from a preset group of designs but also gives you the freedom to create your own. You can do many projects with this machine. - Instead of your run-of-the-mill scrapbook binder with photo slots and plastic covers, you can create a special scrapbook for a new arrival. Cut out as many pages as you expect to use, using pink or other bright colors, and then decide on a series of images for the cover--such as baby bottle, rattle and stork--and cut out each in different colors. Glue the images to the cover and you can personalize and decorate your book or give it as a gift.
- Most luggage comes with a luggage tag to fill in your contact information in case of loss, but they are not usually very stylish, nor do they help you identify your bag from the hundreds of others on the baggage claim. Use card stock or laminated paper and cut out a square or polygon shape. Paste a smaller version of this shape in a complementary color on top, and either write or use die cut letters to create a stand-out luggage tag.
- One of the things that makes a party feel like a party is the quality of decorations. Arguably, the most important decoration, and certainly the first one to be seen, is a "Happy Birthday" or "Congratulations" banner draped across the doorway. Plan out what you want your banner to say, and cut out large letters in complementary colors. To make it look festive, punch holes in either side of each letter and use nylon string to link them together invisibly.
