How to Make Orange Sherbet Smoothies
- 1). Place the orange juice and ice in a blender and blend on high for two minutes to crush the ice.
- 2). Peel away the skin and break the orange into slices. Remove all of the seeds, pith and excess skin, then place the slices into the blender.
- 3). Add additional fruit, such as apples, bananas, strawberries, mango or pineapple, for added flavor and blend until smooth. Boost vitamins by adding vegetables, such as carrots or spinach.
- 4). Put 1 cup of orange sherbet into the blender. Blend the mixture on high speed until all of the fruits and vegetables are smooth.
- 5). Serve the smoothies cold in a large glass with a straw.
