Diet to Help Conceive a Boy
A well-known European physician named Dr.
Joseph Stolkowski conducted studies wherein he correlated a mother's pre-pregnancy diet with the sex of her baby.
The results show that women who ate foods rich in potassium and sodium such as meat, fish, salt and chocolate, beginning at least six weeks before attempting conception were far more likely to conceive a boy.
The premise behind his theories is that gender is influenced by what scientist call "ions" factors a type of natural electrical charge emitted by products of the earth, including such minerals as potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium.
Stolkowski theorized that by manipulating her diet with the addition of certain mineral-rich (ion-charged) foods, a woman could alter her ovulation metabolism and thus influence whether her egg attracts the "Y- male bearing sperm" or the "X- female bearing sperm".
The mother-to-be should eat food rich in sodium and potassium to help conceive a boy.
Women who had baby boys are also more likely to eat a diet rich in calcium and vitamins C,B-12 and E.
It has been proven again and again that the following diet can help conceive a boy: 1.
Salt and salt substitute.
All salted or smoked foods 2.
White bread, pasties, biscuits and crisps 3.
Mushrooms 4.
Fresh and dried fruit, particularly potassium-rich bananas and fresh Note, that prolonged and extreme diet can be dangerous and cause bone structure or other problems.
In case of high blood pressure, don't even think of trying it.
Consult your doctor regarding the diet.
