Having good eyes is the burning desire of many people.
As the development of TV and internet technology, people spend most of their time watching programs and using computer.
Those activities do no good for your eyes and most of people in the world suffer from eyes problem.
It seems there is no cure for this problem as modern people cannot live without working with computer and watching TV.
Fortunately, people can protect their eyes by doing some proper exercises.
Here they are.
Try to close your eyes from 3 to 5 minutes after 1 hour working with computer or watching TV.
Unrest eyes will soon be harmed by rays from TV and computer.
By closing your eyes, you will give your eyes precious rest therefore they will be ready for the next hour.
While closing your eyes alone is good, it would be better if you can massage them with circular movements by using your fingers for 1 to 2 minutes.
Be sure to do this tenderly or you will hurt the thing you are trying to protect.
Now your eyes have enough rest, let them do some real exercises.
The first thing you will do is focus on a small object which is far from you (15 to 30 meters).
Do this in few minutes and repeat few times a day.
This exercise will not improve you vision but it does help you maintain your eyes' health as time goes by.
After focusing on the distant object, you can let your eyes rest for a while and move to the next task.
This time, you will look at a blank wall and try to draw some simple object with your eyes.
This simple exercise will enhance your eyes' muscle.
At the first time, you will feel unpleasant.
However, the good effect will be recognized after few days.
The tasks above are not hard to implement and they will not cost you much time.
Your eyes' health will be improved in a very short time.
