I've had three kids in my life here people, I know what I'm talking about and I know that there are easy ways to get pregnant, but sometimes those easy ways don't quite work out the way we really want to them to.
The road to pregnancy can sometimes be a hard and emotional one leaving you seeking for all the answers that you thought you once had at one point in time.
Don't fret my worried one! All the answer you seek are right in front of you when you need them.

When I was pregnant, I made a point of walking every day.
When I started walking, I did wish that I had started doing regular exercise much earlier.
I did check with my doctor, just to make sure that he wasn't hiding some reason why I shouldn't engage in this mild form of daily exercise.
His response was, "Do It!" Walking is a great way to begin exercising gradually, if you haven't exactly been bench pressing at the local gym.
Remember, you're not doing this to lose weight; your goal pre-pregnancy is to build endurance and aerobic capacity.
Also - and believe me, the time will come when you appreciate this - you are going to be working on building your abdominal and lower back muscles.
The sooner you start doing this, the better, because after the fourth month of pregnancy, lying on your back to exercise is not a good thing - it tends to restrict blood flow to the uterus.
Regular exercise, including gentle jogging and low-impact aerobics, will not lower your chances of getting pregnant, nor will it increase your risks for miscarriage.
Studies have shown that women who engage in regular exercise are 40% more likely to carry a child to term because their bodies are more fit, We all remember hearing those tales of women who labored daily in the fields, stopping to give birth to a child, then carrying on with their work.
Not that I recommend that kind of delivery, but it does say something for the benefits of being physically strong and fit.
Pre-pregnancy and during pregnancy, exercises that emphasize stretching and flexibility are especially good.
Yoga is highly recommended, as most practitioners emphasize meditation and gentle but effective muscular exertion.
Swimming, moderate bicycling and other less strenuous but regular exercises.
Start gradually and continued at a steady pace are going to be best for your changing body.
Regular exercise, and preparing your body for the baby to come can increase your natural fertility and ability to conceive by a large percentage, and is one of the easy ways to increase your chances of getting pregnant.
