Cottage Cheese Pie
This cottage cheese pie is flavored with cinnamon and fresh lemon juice.
Put eggs in a mixing bowl; beat. Add sugar gradually, beating well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the filling into an unbaked pie shell.
Combine 2 tablespoons sugar with 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon; sprinkle over the filling. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
