Bow Tie Relay Race

• Gather a group of friends and have a little formal fun at a casual holiday. Form two teams and give the first person in line for each team a large dress shirt -- such as XXL or XXXL -- for the relay race and a bow tie. The first person in line for each team must put on the dress shirt and bow tie, race around the Christmas tree and then remove the shirt and bow tie and help the next person put it in line before he races off to run around the tree. The team that has its final member return to the line first wins the relay race.
  
  

Pin The Bow Tie On Santa

• Play this game like the classic "Pin the Tail on the Donkey." Blindfold the contestant and give him a drawing of a bow tie cut out of paper. He's spun three times and then must attempt to place the bow tie as close to Santa Claus' neck as possible.
  
  

Bow Ties on the Tree

• Before your guests arrive, hang bow tries on the Christmas tree. Attach a piece of paper with a number on the back of each bow tie. Write the numbers so there are pairs of each number so each guest has a pair. If you have 20 guests, only use the numbers from 1 to 10, with two of each number. As each guest arrives, she chooses a bow tie from the Christmas tree. She must then find the person with the same number she has, and find out three facts about her to share with the rest of the guests.
  
  

Bow Tie Scavanger Hunt

• HIde bow ties around the house equal to the number of guests attending the party. Each guest is required to find one bow tie and put it on and wear it throughout the party. Each bow tie is a different color. At the end of the night, reveal wrapped gifts on a gift table, each one with a colored bow tie that matches one of the colored bow ties each guest found. Each guest finds the gift that matches the color bow tie that he's wearing and opens it, keeping the gift.
  
  

Holiday Bow Tie Contest

• Ask the men attending the party to choose a festive bow tie to wear to the party. During the night, each guest writes down a vote for the guest with the most festive bow tie and places his vote in a box. At the end of the party, the host reads all of the votes and awards a prize to the guest who got the most votes.
