Any long-time ready of this site can tell you I'm not into reviewing novelty gifts... but this product is a useful tool as well as being something of a novelty.
The Tool Pen includes a No. 2 Phillips and a No. 2 flat screwdriver, one on each end of the tool's body.
A ballpoint pen protrudes from the center of the Phillips screwdriver, and is retracted by slipping the handle (which resembles a pen cap) onto the flat-head end of the tool. The pen writes well, and is purported to write at any angle, upside-down, under water, and on most surfaces.
I have long been kidded about my penchant for toting pens and/or pencils around in my shirt pocket, even while hunting. Now, I almost hope someone joshes me about this pen, because its usefulness and toughness will probably impress (or at least surprise) anyone who sees it. It will also be handy in case I need to repair or simply tighten something while hunting, and a pen is necessary equipment when hunting deer in Georgia as I sometimes do, because there a hunter must fill out his license immediately after making a kill.
I'm impressed with the Tool Pen, which comes with a lifetime warranty, and is made in the USA.
