3. Time. As far as time is concerned you should understand that any work needs many hours of devotion. Some top managers work seven days a week to be successful. Besides, if you like your work, you will eagerly spend some extra minutes for accomplishing some of your projects.

4. Recognition. One of the greatest advantages of any scientific career is huge possibility of gaining worldwide recognition. Some managers are not praised even if they do their job exclusively well. Whereas scientist can become famous and respected people far beyond the study they represent.

5. Success and importance. Finally, being a good scientist means much more than being just a good manager. Scientists really improve peoples' lives; they open new horizons for humanity. In fact, being a successful scientist presupposes not only recognition, fame and good money, but an understanding that you are such an important citizen of your country whose work is relevant for all people in the world.
