This space-age bar concept was designed by anime cartoonist Leiji Matsumoto, and features a contemporary décor with an ever-changing psychedelic colored floor. The drink list is sophisticated yet small, but the nighttime views of the Tokyo skyline from the bay are magnificent. The vessel docks at Hinode Pier and Odaiba at 8 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. every half hour on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
