Remove the Old Address

• 1). Open Outlook 97. Click on "Services," located at the top of the toolbar.
  
  
• 2). Select "Outlook Address Book" > "Properties." A list of address will load.
  
  
• 3). Click on the address that is invalid and click on "Remove."
  
  
• 4). Go to "Close" > "OK." Go to "Exit and Log Off."
  
  

Name a Contact Folder as Address Book

• 1). Open Outlook 97. Right-click "Contacts" and click on "Properties."
  
  
• 2). Click "Outlook Address Book" > "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book."
  
  
• 3). Press "OK" and close Outlook, then open it again.
