How to Make Wild Berry Wine Cooler
- 1). Choose the berry flavor you want. The schnapps you select will control the flavor, even if you are using a berry wine, as the sugar content is much higher in the liqueur than the wine. The best combination matches the schnapps to the berries in the wine.
- 2). Pour 2 oz. of schnapps into a large glass filled with ice.
- 3). Add 4 oz. of your wine.
- 4). Fill the rest of the glass with your mixer. If you want a sweeter drink, use Sprite, 7Up, or similar carbonated beverage. If you want to highlight the berry flavor of your liqueur, simply use club soda.
- 5). Serve immediately before the ice can dilute the drink.
