Nature Will Boost Your Testosterone Level - If You Ask It To
Nature is the greatest power that we know of - more so than atomic bombs because atomic bombs are simply one part of nature at work.
And generally speaking I don't find the human that intelligent because of the continual striving to out-smart or manipulate nature.
Surely it is far more effective to seek to understand nature and to work with it, rather than to get egos all bent out of shape with trying to dominate it.
With respect to testosterone levels and their importance to a healthy life, doctors, sports people and body-builders have always sought to take short-cuts by using drugs to get done what nature will gladly assist us with - namely performance enhancement, increased muscle mass, reduced body fat and a general all-round vitality for life including its impact on our sexual expression.
We want to be more manly, so we want more testosterone - it's as simple as that really.
The point is that drugs are not and never will be the answer to our prayer for greater prowess as men.
The real answer as always lays within us.
All we need to do is to get our brain to detect we need more testosterone and it will happily get on to the job of causing more testosterone to be produced.
Quite simple, the body knows that when our muscles are burning from excess stress that they need more testosterone, and so the brain commands the pituitary gland to get "the ball rolling" as it were, and to stimulate the testes into more testosterone production.
That is, if we do a few minutes each day of muscle burning exercise, then the brain and body will naturally deliver the increased testosterone that we seek and that increase will rapidly flow through our daily lifestyle into a higher rate of metabolism, activity and muscle-mass building while quickly losing our body fat.
