Cream Of Mushroom Soup Recipe

This is a delicious twist on the classic Velveeta and Rotel dip, and is just as easy whip up in no time!
Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground meat (Either beef, pork, chicken, or try a combination)
* 16 ounce jar salsa of choice
* 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
* 2 pounds Velveeta, cubed
Procedure:
1. Brown (or tan) meat over medium high heat. Drain meat.
2. Prepare slow cooker or crock pot according to manufacturer's directions.
3. Mix meat with salsa, soup, and Velveeta in cooker.
4. Cook on high to melt cheese, then lower heat.
5. Simmer until ready to serve.

Gourmet Green Bean Casserole ~
Gourmet was never this easy!
Ingredients
* 3 cans green beans, drained (preferably French cut)
* 1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
* 1 small jar bacon cheese spread
* 1 can French's® fried onions (preferably cheddar-flavored)
* salt
* pepper
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine beans and soup in large bowl.
3. Pour into baking dish.
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Cover soup/bean mixture with cheese spread.
6. Bake 30 minutes until ingredients set.
7. Remove from heat and scatter fried onions on top.
8. Continue baking another 5 minutes until onions turn golden brown.

The key to this marvelous staple is not only it's versatility, but also its implied simplicity, in that it makes all the recipes that use it in that much simpler, vs. doing the same recipe completely from scratch.
