Every time a point on gender equality is raised, any typical Kenyan man wants everyone to turn to the book of genesis and see the will of God was for him to head the woman.

Truly so, but the same God gave Adams (men) their punishment for falling in to eves(womans) deception concerning eating fruits from the tree of life.

This was toil and sweat on cursed grounds so as to feed himself and family.

The eves (women) have had no problem in satisfying Gods wrath since they still labor to bring a life in to this world.

When there is an impotent Kenyan man somewhere worried that his toil and riches will amount to nothing, another irresponsible one has ample of prolific seeds to plant wherever!

It is a shame that this horde of irresponsible men will not spare even:

Teenagers and little girls

With a few coins or notes from his wallet, a man of this unashamed character is able to attract a number of teenage girls and even children.

I need not to mention of the many cases you may have watched, listened or read from the media about teachers who trap use and damp school girls.

Perhaps you even have friends and blood sisters who became victims of this humiliation.

Incases of unwanted pregnancies, the money they receive as alluring gifts can not even buy the child a diaper, yet the indubitable fathers vanishes in no time to the next easy prey.

At the end of the day, the parents of such teenagers have been forced to take full responsibility of the child, others throwing their daughters out on the streets and the like.

This is why the numbers of illegitimate children in marriages are on the rise nowadays, because their own biological fathers chose not to nurture them till they grow and ripen in to fine beings.

Chances are that those who abuse little girls are among this useless group of Kenyan men.

Their lives ruined for good

It does not matter if the impregnated woman is a teenager or an adult, but whose identity the coming child should assume- father or mother?

Unfortunately among the kikuyu community, single young women who have been involuntarily forced to different marital status in life than the one they intended are countless.

I belong there and have seen it all among those women I love most and this really hurts to see these men escape from this duty.

It goes without saying that these are the ones whose groins got excess seeds to disperse in all types of soils (women).

How lucky are those that fall in fertile soil (financially stable women) because it would not make a big difference since they will germinate, sprout and be nurtured well.

How about the plight of those women who are helpless financially yet left to bear the burden of a child alone.

If they had any dreams to have a complete family, not unless the irresponsible father comes around, the chances are even slimmer if the child will be a male.

The African culture strong, whose property would this fatherless male child inherit, a thing that make it not preferred as opposed to girl child who will later get married.
