  With a population of just over 20,000, Colne is the second largest town in the borough of Pendle, Lancashire, which borders with neighboring Yorkshire. Situated next to the Pennine Mountain range, the town offers spectacular views of the Lancashire countryside to its visitors. The town's most prominent feature is Pendle Hill, but there is also the British in India Museum and the Wallace Hartley memorial.
