) This is if you have a membership at a gym or if you own a pool.
Give yourself an hour at the pool doing this is helping you tone your body.
That is why I say it is one of the best exercises you can do because it works just about your whole body.
There are tons of good machines you can use to get in shape.
Now if you do not like going to the gym there is always different ways to workout.
Another great exercise is doing jumping jacks.
They are great for a full body exercise.
Try doing 4 sets of 20 and you can always amp it up.
Now another best fat burning exercise you can doing is speed walking.
Always make sure you do stretch before any type of exercise once you started speed walking if you start getting tired change it up walk slower then start it over again.
Getting on a bike riding around your neighborhood for a good hour is a great exercise.
As well you can benefit from listening to music, which for me is a plus.
Doing squats going up and down stairs - mostly all types of exercise are good - anything that makes your heart rate go up.
