How I Live With My Whiplash Neck Without Pain Anymore
Living with a whiplash neck can be really painful and reduce the quality of life considerably.
Dependant of how severe the injury is the whiplash pain may drain your energy effectively and many get disabled and out of ability to work.
In 1999 I was involved in a severe car accident and whiplash neck was one of my injuries.
Luckily the whiplash neck was diagnosed just a few weeks after the accident and I got treatment from one of the best manual therapists in my country.
That probably prevented me from being permanently disabled, but it took me two years before I was able to work again.
The high stress level of the working life of today was not very compatible with my whiplash neck.
Headache, neck pain, arms and fingertips withering away and drained energy became a huge part of my life.
It did not take long before I was back on sick leave again and throughout the years I have needed many shorter or longer periods of absence due to my whiplash neck.
Every time I needed many whiplash treatments from my manual therapist before I was able to go back to work.
As the workaholic I am I managed to end up with the burnout syndrome and even if it would have been easy to blame my whiplash neck, I was painfully aware that it was not the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
It had to do with me and my personality as well.
I set out for a journey into the darkest corners of my mind.
I wanted to find out what made me use my energy so poorly.
This was my second experience with heavy burnout.
Today I am happy for the cognition of my part of my problems, that I did not blame my whiplash neck solely.
If I had I would probably not discovered what has finally helped me become almost free from pain even if the injury still is there.
What did I discover? I discovered meditation - or more precisely the modern version of it; brain entrainment.
This meditation method has helped med release my stress attitude.
According to my experience stress and whiplash neck does not go well together.
With brain entrainment it is very possible andeasy to release stress from your body and mind.
Today I can sit straight upon a chair for hours without getting any whiplash pain.
This was not possible for me a few years ago.
Then I could not sit straight for even an hour before the pain was unbearable.
The quality of my life has improved hugely because of brain entrainment as it also has helped me with other problems I have had.
