• The Sevel cases are engineered to be durable, with larger cases having holding compartments for 20 separate flavors of gelato as of 2010. Depending on the specific unit, some gelato cases come with a 360 degree bend to hook two separate units together for double the flavor capacity. Types

• The most popular Sevel display case is the Aspen Deluxe with a length of 48 inches, a depth of nearly 47 inches and a height of 54 inches. Other popular brands are the smaller Aspen II and the Millennium II.
  
  

Technical Specifications

• The Aspen Deluxe unit is a good representation of the other Sevel brands, which all run with the same technology. The compressor is 1,130 watts with a gas charge of 1,350 grams. The compressor type for all models is hermetic with a forced-air refrigeration system. The automatic defrosting mechanisms in the units work by a combination of hot gas and resistance.
