How to Make Gourmet Iced Coffee Drinks
- 1). Crush the ice as much as possible before placing in the blender. Use an ice crusher before hand to crush most of the ice so the mixture will incorporate itself completely.
- 2). Place the crushed iced into a blender and blend until a slushy consistency. Pulse for about 15 to 30 seconds until all the ice is crushed.
- 3). Remove half of the slush mixture and place in a bowl temporarily. Use the spoon to scrape the ice from the blades if necessary.
- 4). Pour the milk or cream into the blender. Add the Hershey's syrup, coffee liqueur and the remaining amount of ice. Blend for 15 to 30 seconds until all ingredients are mixed well.
- 5). Add remaining ice into the blender and mix the entire amount of ingredients. Blend until they reach a light tan color and a smooth consistency.
- 6). Pour the mixture into a chilled glass with a straw and serve immediately. Add whipped cream to the top of the drink. Drizzle with Hershey's chocolate syrup if desired.
