How to Make Bean Dip Recipe
- 1). Put the pinto beans in a colander and rinse them well under cold water to remove some of the salt.
- 2). On a cutting board, cut the scallions into 1/4-inch pieces with a knife.
- 3). Put the beans in a food processor or a blender. Add the taco sauce, water, red wine vinegar, chili powder, ground cumin and garlic powder. Pulse the mixture until you form a chunky dip.
- 4). Put the dip into a serving dish and top with the chopped scallions.
