How to Make Breakfasts to Go
- 1). Make a menu for a month of breakfast foods.
- 2). Make a grocery list from menu.
- 3). Gather ingredients for 7 single servings of 2-3 different breakfast foods.
- 4). Prepare and bake everything that needs to be baked.
- 5). Cook meats, eggs or vegetables and drain on paper towel.
- 6). Seal freezable breakfast items in freezer bags and microwave-safe containers, or wrap securely.
- 7). Store items such as cooked hot cereal in the refrigerator.
- 8). Label each container or bag with heating instructions, date and breakfast type.
- 9). Heat and eat as needed.
