Do you think that there are more ways to treat a wart?

Some of said that using duct tape is a good idea. Others mention the Wartrol Remedy. But duct tape is used for torn tent tarps and the like. What can be done with duct tape and warts? And why does it even make sense? Well it isn't really just that fact that it is some thick ‘fix everything' tape that will do its part against warts as well. Duct tape has some properties when stuck to the skin that makes the difference. Let's walk that through this, can we please?

Putting duct tape on your skin irritates the skin, as you can imagine. You might not like doing this a lot, but if you put the tape over a wart, the wart will not like it either.

When it comes to getting rid of some things that you don't like, the normal response to these things is to irritate it! The same logic can work on the wart, and here's why. When you irritate the area of a wart, your body naturally notices a problem. This natural reaction to finding a problem is to fix it. So when you stick duct tape over a wart, the body notices the irritation and goes to bring the natural immune defenses to the area to solve the problem. This way it can naturally rid the infection a bit better. And this is good because what sometimes happens if you have a wart and you don't like it but your body's natural defenses don't even notice that it's there. But the skin that is developed by HPV to cause the wart is abnormal skin. Once the immune system notices that these abnormal cells are there, it's not going to like it either and it will attack it.

So in essence using duct tape on a wart is kind of like using a ‘whistle blower' technique. It is using the same type of tactics as a whistle blower to bring your body to bring attention and treatment to the wart.

And there are other things that you can do in addition to using duct tape on the wart.

The best thing to do before putting duct tape on a wart is to soak the wart in water, and THEN put the duct tape or Wartrol or whatever you plan to use. The reason for this is it will add another benefit to the destruction of the wart. It will trap moisture. That trapping of moisture will help break down the rough skin on the outer most edge of the skin. This is good because this rough skin can protect the warts existence, which is something that you don't want to do! So it is best to bring down the wart to you're level and knock it down and out using this tactic.

If you think that this is the only technique that will be effective, of course you would be wrong. Wartrol removal is generally a more accepted method of removing warts But  it's important to remember that the fight for defeating warts can be helped by using a mirage of treatment that will help you bring a better chance of being rid of the warts completely.
