How to Build Muscle at Home - Fast!

1
Building muscle isn't that difficult if you have access to a gym.
However, many people don't have access to a gym.
This is when it can get pretty difficult.
Many people don't quite know what to do when they can't use weights and fancy gym equipment.
However, many of the fittest people in the world don't use a gym.
All you need is your body weight and the environment.
First of all one of the best exercises to do to built muscle is the pushup.
This is one of the most basic exercises and yet one of the most effective.
You can also do many variations of pushups such as clapping when you push up and jump to each side when you push up.
Pull ups are also extremely effective.
You can go and buy a pull up bar for your doorframe for around $20.
Or if you really have no money you can go outside and find a tree and use a low hanging branch to do some pull ups and climbing exercises.
A local park can be one of the best places to get in shape if you are short on cash.
It is one of my favorite places to exercise because it is also fun.
Let out your inner kid and go jumping and climbing on everything you see.
Just try to integrate some kind of routine into it.
Here is a good one that I like to do a lot: 1.
Jog from your house to the closest park (if it is way too far, then go ahead and drive, or ride a bike) 2.
Once you hit the grass, sprint to the closest tree, jump up to a branch, and do ten pull-ups.
3.
Drop down sprint to the closest bench and vault over it.
4.
Continue sprinting about 15 yards then switch directions as fast as you can and vault back over the bench again, 5.
Keep sprinting to another tree and do another ten pull-ups on another branch.
Keep in mind this is just an example.
You can do whatever you want as long as you work hard and are sweating and tired by the end of it.
Now I know that wasn't completely at home, but you get the idea.
