Sony Camcorders:2008 Model Announcements
Sony has announced sixteen new camcorder models so far in 2008. The HDR-SR line of hard drive AVCHD camcorders. The HDR-UX line of AVCHD DVD camcorders, and the DCR-HC line of Mini-DV camcorders. Here’s a break down of all the Sony camcorders by model:
1. Sony HDR-SR12 High-Definition Hard Drive Camcorder
The Sony SR12 records full 1920x1080 HD video onto a 120GB hard drive using the AVCHD video format. The camcorder uses Sony’s new face detection technology, and has Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound. The SR12 has a 10 megapixel built-in camera and 3.2-inch touch-panel LCD.More »
