The Never Back down Workout for Cam Gigandet was focused on getting him as lean -- yet as muscular looking as possible.
While Cam did not display a "Bulked Up" physique his look was totally believable for someone involved in mixed martial arts.

Doing that many repetitions will not build any real strength just aerobic conditioning.
Personally, I like training one muscle group per day it allows you to bring more intensity and focus -- and energy -- to that muscle.
Unfortunately, it also appears that Cam Gigandet did not workout his legs at all other than all of cardio that he must've been doing.
The Never Back down Workout If I were to design Cams workout it would consist of using free weights, some machines, and resistance bands.
For most individuals the biggest problem would be the time to go to the gym to get in this kind shape.
However, if you can afford to purchase some good quality resistance bands, dumbbells, or an isotonic -- isometric home gym...
you can then do this type of workout in your home.
I would recommend you do 3 to 4 sets of each exercise -- 8 to 12 repetitions.
This will build strength and muscle size.
I would also recommend using supersets to add more intensity to your workout.
With a good diet and a strong commitment to follow this Never Back down Workout you will be able to build a lean, ripped and muscular body in no time.
