Flat Bench Dumbbell Flys.
To thicken and shape your higher pecs that's the muscle that extends to your shoulder you need to isolate the resistance on that chest area.
When you work out this area it will help to give a full wide appearance.
How to do it? Plant your shoulders flat and firmly on a flat or incline bench.
This technique requires firm control over the movements of the dumbbells over the chest, never jerk the dumbbells together with shoulders or body weight because this is simply cheating and it does not isolate the exercise so you will be wasting your time.
Parallel Bar Dips If you most of the ant a exercise that's great for shaping and building muscle strongly suggest you do parallel bar dips.
When doing this exercise it will work out the chest pectoral region.
How to do it? Grab your handles tight on the parallel dip machine and suspend your body between them.
To primary target your chest, lean forward as you perform the exercise.
Remember you must inhale as you lower yourself as low as you possibly can go and then exhale as you bring yourself back up to the starting point.

Weighted Pushups Doing normal push ups is a great way to work out your triceps chest and shoulders at the same time.
So if you can do 20-30 push ups no sweat, I suggest you drop some weight on your back.
Get a training friend place 20 pounds evenly on your back.
Loading more weight on this exercise will make it more challenging and it will promote new muscle growth.
